Please read these terms before taking part in the survey. By submitting your response, you agree to these terms.

You must be aged 16 or over to take part in this survey.

  1. Eligibility and Your Submission

Participation is voluntary and unpaid, unless CSCS separately agrees this with you in writing.

You confirm that:

  • the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • any photographs, videos, text or other content you submit are your own or you have permission to provide them;
  • your submission does not, to the best of your knowledge, infringe any third party’s intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, image or other rights; and
  • your submission does not contain anything unlawful, offensive or defamatory.
  1. Licence to Use Your Content

By submitting content as part of the survey, you grant CSCS Ltd and members of the CSCS Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, copy, exploit, reproduce, publish, distribute, store, edit, adapt and otherwise use your submission, in whole or in part, in any media and format now known or developed in the future, for CSCS’ business, research, reporting, promotional, marketing, digital, social media, press and communications purposes (“Permitted Purposes“).

This includes permission for CSCS to use your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance and biographical information included in your submission.

CSCS may edit, adapt, crop, reformat or combine your submission with other content, provided CSCS will not knowingly use your submission in a misleading way.

  1. Personal Data

CSCS will process your personal data as controller in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

CSCS relies on your consent to use identifiable content for the Permitted Purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting CSCS at communications@cscs.co.uk, but this will not affect any use or processing that took place before consent was withdrawn. If your submission has already been published, shared with third parties or otherwise used before your request is received, CSCS may not be able to retract, delete or remove all previous uses.

You acknowledge that published submissions may be available in the UK and internationally.

  • CSCS may remove or decline to use any submission at its discretion.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
